Reduction assessment

From $10,000 per engagement

Separate from Pro. Not an add-on, not included in it, and not a subscription. You do not need Pro to ask for one, and buying one does not give you Pro.

Pro tells you what a packaging change is worth once you have named one. It does not tell you which change to make. If you know your fee and do not know what to do about it, that is the gap this closes.

Scoped and quoted per engagement, because it depends on how much packaging you carry and how many programmes you report into. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel. What the analysis is worth depends on decisions only you can make, so we do not promise a number before we have seen your data.

Is it worth it

That is the right question, and the honest answer depends on your tonnage. A producer paying five figures a year in packaging fees is buying certainty on a much larger number, and one avoided material decision usually covers it. A producer paying a few hundred dollars should stay on the free tier and use the estimate.

Run your numbers first. The estimate costs nothing and tells you which of those two you are.

What you are not buying

TARE is a modelling tool. It does not file for you, it is not legal advice, and it does not replace your producer responsibility organization. Every figure is an estimate you can trace to a public document, which is a different thing from an invoice.

These are estimates. TARE is a modelling tool, not a substitute for official fee calculation or legal advice. Figures may differ from what a regulator or a producer responsibility organization actually invoices. Verify against the official source before you file or budget on a number.
